what is the finance costs on a Lexi IS200

It all depends on how much you want to borrow

I traded my Impreza Turbo in as a large deposit so currently I am paying approx £280 a month over 36 months

I can't quite remember what the APR was because I've had the car 18 months now

Do they do finance schemes that have a small deposit? Most garages do. If you get one that has a final payment/guaranteed future value and with the strong resale value of the IS200 it should bring the monthly cost down.

I got an egg personal loan - 9.9% capped so the interest rate could go down in theory plus you can pay it off early, take payment holidays etc without penalty. With pe and cash I still had to find £13,000 as a loan so it works out as £273 pm for 60 months! Hey it's a lexus - it should last that long.

I am putting 2 grand down, then £447pm for 37 months with a balance of £9063 at the end. Lexus gave me a rate of 8.6% APR so it was cheaper than a bank loan for me
