Hello to everyone,

I recently purchased a RX300. It's a 2005 SE-L, with 35K miles and full service history (all, but the last service at 32K, are Lexus).

The car drives fine, but I've noticed that it rolls back on my driveway (which is approx. a 1:12 or 8%) if I lift my foot off the brake when in Drive. The car holds OK on my driveway when the engine is first started (I guess because the engine revs. are intially higher as the engine is cold); but, once the engine warms up (and engine revs reduce), it rolls back.

I've not encountered any problems whilst actually driving on the main roads, but I've not encountered any steep inclines (yet...).

I've taken it back to the garage where I purchased it from, and they have checked it and said it's normal. The garage also has another RX300 for sale, they also test drove that, and they say it does the same.

Is this normal for an RX 300?

Thanks
