Flashing Engine Man Light

About my Lexus rx300 ,2001 yr,had engine mangerment lights on most of the 2 + years i have owned it,had the o2 air fuel sensor changed, bank 2 senor 1(the easy to get at) one changed 2 years ago then the other one stated to play up.Told it was lazy it cleared one day and stayed on another .

About this time i had a LPG conversion done,and it has had a light on since,trying to sort out now,I bought and fitted a copy make (not DENSO)o2 sensor and fitted it .Light stayed on ,tied spacers on both o2 sensors and now having FLASHING engine man light on tick over .

Any thoughts welcome

And the problem was Vacume pipe off (two pipes just under back where the throttle is)

Ps if you want to find out about MIL lights on dash use a OBD11 scanner works well £30 on eBay
