Trc Control Problems

hi all, i ve got lexus is200, bought it 2 months ago whith head gasket blown, changed it put new one in and engine works ok now, only strange thing is that, when i start the car rev is above 1 and as soon as it worms up a bit it comes down to normal, anybody knows why it does that?also trc control flashing, i ve changed all spark plugs coil packs, keep restarting icu but after 10 minutes engine running it comes back again. can anybody tell me can it be trc control sensors? how can i check if they work or not? i wanted to read fault codes but it displays link error, does anybody know what could cause it? thank you in advance

a friend of mine had the same problem.

we located & changed the whole throttle body unit.

after replacing, it idled at about 2300rpm for the last time, since then it has been spot on.
