Reverse Parking Buzzer

Hi,my Sister just bought a 2000 is200se,i noticed when putting it in reverse that it never made no reverse beeping sounds,also she wants some parking sensors fitted seen some on the bay but any recommedations or are they all just as good /bad??

I would think -: No reverse parking sensors no beeping sounds. Someone would correct me if I am wrong. The beeping is only in the car and not as a warning externally. With the reverse parking sensors it aids the driver in knowing how close he/she is to an object as opposed to warning someone that you are reversing.

Ok,mine does have parking sensors,hers doesn't,i thought once you engage the reverse it gave the driver an audible sound,my bad..

I dont know what its like if you have factory fitted parking sensors but without them you SHOULD have an internal warning buzzer, if hers doesnt id check your reverse lights to make sure the switch is ok. If the lights work then its possible a previous owner has disconnected the wire behind the instrument cluster as it is pretty annoying.
