Clutch !?

Hello I'm Italian and I have a 1999 Lexus IS200 with engine 1g-fe and 6 gear manual trasmision.

In Italy here are a few Lexus IS 200 and no Toyota Altezza.... this is a problem to find sport parts or have information to modif the IS 200.

my plan is turbocharged my Lexus and is not a problem for me but I have to change the original clutch with a more sporty.

I wanted to know if the clutch of 3s-ge Altezza can be mounted on the IS 200. The Toyota Altezza clutch is only stronger than that or is it different?

3s ge engine has 55 hp more than the 1g fe .... 6-speed gearbox is always .... you can reverse clutches?

Sorry I cannot help you with the IS200,I have an LS400 but some other IS200 owners will help you soon with your questions.

The clutch doesnt fit,

I have 400bhp in my IS200 through a Lexus clutch and its fine

Thanks for the replies, unfortunately it is difficult to learn Italian well .... it is better to write in English

With my modified turbo I think I get 230 - 250 hp

a normal clutch exedy could resist? I also have an old Suzuki Swift GTI modified turbo and clutch exedy resisted less then 10000km before beginning to slide ......

I could take a Lexus original clutch?

As a mechanic I have much discount on non-original parts.

lexus original parts have only a 10% discount ...

What brands do you recommend?
