I'm almost certain that there's no pattern for the exhaust so it is a Lexus job I'm afraid. Is it the pipe itself or the flanges? I've read on here that you could replace the flanges at minimal cost. Can it be welded?

A stainless steel exhaust fabricator should be able to make it up

No help now I know but there was a complete LS exhaust system on fleabay last week with a buy it now of £30.00!

Benfur a memeber on here sometimes has some spares may be worth contacting him.

As suggested may be worth having one custom built, the Scorpian factory is not far from me if you want the details PM me

Whilst at my trusted air-con and autoelec firm today, I discussed the exhaust issue, ie lack of pattern etc. They immediately recommended http://www.staxengineering.co.uk/

who specialise in exhausts for Rolls Royce. It may be worth giving them a shout to make a Y-section. Have a look at the website.

Ok,

If you search "flanges" on this forum, there are various fixes recommended, both permanent and temporary. So what would I do?

1) Continue to search on fleabay, even if there is no specific item, there are a number of breakers and I would give them a ring.

2) http://www.247spares.co.uk/ is a service which sources parts and emails you the results and prices.

3) Find a local specialist and get a quote.

4) In the meantime, make a temporary fix.

tried a temporary fix now im not sure if its cos shes lowered but unable to get over the top to get a good seal
