I saw this but as mine is a '94, have no ideas.

If his is OBII would a scan find anything?

I dont know the answer to that.

I started this topic purely in shared desperation for the man. I have had the problem, as have many others. I discovered the procedure that I descibed to him from this piece of ethernet but not until I had spent 2 days feeling exactly like Royzels. Before I found this 1, I was using the door-opening/ key turning technique which doesnt work with with the T5000. I spoke with him 2 or 3 times and could feel his desperation, which also comes over in his latest post.

Your post was much appreciated.

I need more information on whats happening and how it's happened.
