Drive Belts

Hi all,

Need to get all three drive belts......should I get genuine ones? Just trying to decide if the belts are worthy of a purchase from Lexus?

Or do you think eBay will be fine? Can get all three on the bay for £30 posted. Does anyone know how much they are at Lexus?

What would you / have you done?

i would go for genuine ones. wont be that expensive from lexus

I think I paid about £50 for the 3 OEM belts from Lexus. On eBay you can get a patterned/OE equivalant set for £22.

For sake of £50 i would get the OEM ones.

if after market belts breaks when you are motorway, you can write your car off completely.

Got a set of front discs and pads from them a few years ago- cheaper than my local Lexus garage (Leeds). Got my new discs/pads within 24 hours of placing the order- free delivery as well!
