I booked my LS400 into Lexus Chester as the brake pad warning light was coming on and I assumed that, after 18,000 miles, the brake pads were probably worn down. I spoke to the service dept, they were very helpful. Ordered in the wear indicators and all the bits in case they were needed. Took it in and waited while they fixed my car. It turned out that the pads were not even half way worn, the light was coming on because the fluid level was low!! Then they carried out a complete check of the car, topped up the brake fluid, presented me with a print out of what they had found and sent me on my way. The price for all this care and attention? Nothing, nada, nowt. Beat that, what service!!
