No Reverse Lights On Mk1 Gs300

Hi all, Im new to this forum and any help would be appreciated.

I recently bought 1997 mk1 gs300 sport, The problem I have is my reverse lights are not working at all, bulbs are fine, checked fuses both under bonnet and drivers side kick panel. Are there any others around the car I need to check?

If the fuses and bulbs are definately ok, then checking the wiring into the boot lid would be next I would think, and checking the reversing switch in the gear selector.

Got a Chance to look into it. Checked wiring and holders in the boot all appeared fine. So had a look in section under gear shifter, a few clips under there, they too appeared fine, unclipped them and cleaned them with some contact cleaner, to my surprise this sorted it out. I now have reverse lights!
