Used my headlight washer yesterday to clear the salt from the lense and the drivers side one is stuck in the upward position. Any ideas on how to make it go back down?

All sorted. It went back down by itself!

Used to get that on my RX from time to time - especially when the weather was freeing [or near to] - and the headlight washer jets would sit 1CM proud of the bumper and then settle back down all by themselves.

I put it down to the cold weather - never happened any other time of the year.
