Car is a 1999 is 200 manual

1 front OS brake calliper in good nick or 2 new ones (as I believe no one does seal kits for them any more?)

1 front OS ball joint NEW as mine is growling like a bitch!

and if anyone has an old damaged rear diff which they believe will be weld able (IE teeth stripped from gears but would locate correctly to weld up) then please let me know how much you want for it too. Bearings and seals need to still be in good nick please though.

Seal kits are still available for the 99 IS200 and are £66.36 + VAT retail for a kit to do both sides, part number is 04478-30240. :winky:

OS ball joint is £47.20+ VAT retail and part number is 43330-59135.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!

If that's all it is for the kit then I think a strip down n clean is the best option for the front callipers.

Ball joints are on eBay at £35 currently, does anyone have any opinion or experience of them as I assume they will be replacement parts not OEM?

Still want a broken diff though?

a cigarette lighter insert as mine doesn't heat up

There is a fuse link in the base of the socket which may have blown on yours. You have to take the whole socket out to see/check it. Once the lighter unit is out, undo the nut underneath the bottom of the socket and you will see a double washer with an insulating disc in between, and a connecting wire between the two washers which is the fuse link. When mine went, I just took the insulating disc out and bolted it back together. Do this at your own risk.... no warranties given or implied... lol.

The lighter works if I push or pull it hard to the front or back and accesories work through the socket so I assume the power is there its the actual lighter insert thats tits up I think?

And while I'm at it, an updated list as I've not got some bits on order:

- Broken Differential (to be weldable)

- Cigarette lighter insert

- Aerial

- Front bumper insert for NS headlight washer unit (dark metalic blue would be ideal)

- Stereo or may consider stereo fascia adapter to fit aftermarket
