Hi guys,

I've just washed the car and when I started the car to move it the trc, abs and door open lights keep flashing, only when I start moving does the trc and abs button stop flashing, until i stop again and then they start flashing, but the door open light keeps flashing even though the doors are all closed.

All is well with the car and haven't had a problem with the trc or abs, its only after this car wash has the car started to play up.

Anyone got any ideas on whats wrong?

Thanks,

Anil

Could you have got water in the fuse box? Might be worth opening it up and letting it dry out.

Posted

water has gone through the windscreen to the fuse box.

Rob that does not mean the windscreen has been replaced as mines has not been replaced and had a similar problem

ok but to be fair 99% of all cases we have seen on here have been a result of the windscreen replacement.

Mine has just started doing this exact same thing this morning. :(

All fixed, for people in suffering the same issue, Remove the side panel under the glove box in the passenger side foot well (RHD car) exposing a large fuse and connector board, one by one (important so you done get them all mixed up) pull each connector out and spray terminals in the plug with WD40 and refit.

jobs a good'un- car's back to normal- everyone is happy.
