Hello. My first post and needless to say I need help.

I have new bought an 05/55 RX 400h SE-L. Having trouble getting the rear DVD's to play, keeps telling me that there is No Disc, when there is.

Has anybody had the same problem ? Also cannot find the Sat Nav Unit.

Would appreciate any help.

DVD player is under the drivers seat, check wiring to this unit first. Sat Nav Unit is in the boot under the storage deck to the right behind the black cover

I've just bought an RX-400h SE-L - my first Lexus - and managed to embarrass myself by subtly accusing the dealer of having forgotten to deliver the mobile DVD player with it!

Even my 7 year old boy couldn't find it. I nearly ruined my back trying to get a disk in though.

Now we have to figure out how to get the headphones to work without keeping our hands over our ears!
