Some of you may be interested to know that we have managed to recruit a guy form Lexus head office to join us from June. He will help us here in a sales/technical assistance/customer liason capacity (pretty much what myself and Nathan currently do). Lexus have lost a very good man, but we have gained one!

This means that although our business has been growing nicely (many thanks to you guys!), hopefully we will be able to speed up this process and offer you guys better service and products.

Any chance one of his first roles of customer liason can be to give us the low down on all the issues we seem to have with Lexus and seem to get no joy with - i.e Alloy Wheel corrosion, ERR03 warranty, brake caliper corrosion, dodgy paint etc...
