Anti Jack Locking

I know that this has been mentioned in the past, but i cant seem to find the post.

I seem to remember people asking if this feature can be enabled on pre 08 IS's.

My dealer seems to this that it can only be taken off if it already has this feature, i.e. on post '08 cars, but they are willing to see if they can enable it on my 07 IS.

Has anyone had this feature enabled on their car by their dealer?

I've read somewhere on here that it states that this feature can be enabled by the dealer on page 370 of the owners handbook?

They can not do it on older cars.
