i did one side, the old method, i.e hammer, and heat gun.............

and the other side, i did with a roller, its bloomin hard either way, as the arch lip is 3 layers thick(metal not paint....dont be daft)

it took me about 1 hour with the roller, and about 1 hour with the hammer, either way it works, had no problems and does what it says on the tin

It depends on the person doing the rolling, the grinding or the Hammering  , the paintwork has to be heated up to the right tempreture, not too hot tho :excl: before rolling..

Obviously sometimes you might get a minor small chips, just a touch up hear and there, but like i said got to be done right and with PATIENCE.. :geek:

Did mine with an angle grinder.....(what an animal !!!)

Cut off quarter of an inch at the top, and tapered it off towards the bottom, then got the body shop to seal it with mastic, and blow it over with paint, laquer and then underseal...

JOB DONE !!!...

Just the back Tony, fronts didn't catch, but you'll probably have to put your new wheels on and see....
