Service Time

took the Honda in for its first service today

while you wait job, normally around 1.5 hrs

fixed price of £195 inc vat

all the usual service items checked, filled, or replaced

all the usual comforts, tea, coffee, and television

I also complained that the leather on the drivers seat was looking tired, and that the gear knob was working loose

when I got the car back after just over 2 hours

all the leather has been fed !! and now looks like new again

the knob was tight

and in its own little smart pouch a top up litre of oil was placed in the boot

they also detected a small rattle, so spent time of their own backs looking for and remedying it

having experience of Lexus servicing I have got to say Honda are a step in front

no they didnt they get time from warranty you can claim up too three hours labour for rattles if you word it right.

so your 1 hour first service got the tec poss 4 hours(we work on time saved bonus as well as a wage)

ye mate happens all the time a garage wont do nothing for nothing!bet if bazzas car was over 3 they wouldn't have found the rattle!!!

gets your hours up gets your wages up.

if you do 3 4hour jobs a day thats you made 12 hours a day and their is only 8 working hours per day which equals a big fat pay packet at the end of the month. :winky: :winky:
