Is200 Sat Nav Into Altezza

Hi im new here i picked up a 99 beams altezza on thursaday and at the weekend iv spent a fair ammount of time searching for info on converting the sat nav and tv to english. With the tv i can apparently fit or make an adapter that goes between the tuner and head unit to allow a phono and composite video input via the tv function. (toyota part number 86191-33010) the sticky is on the new zealand club site.

However i cannot find much info on the english sat nav and i was wondering if i could obtain the complete unit out of the boot of an is200 and would it be pretty much plug and play or is the wiring different if so does anybody no how. or can link me to any similar posts, there is an is being broke near me and he only wants 100 for the satnav.

Will be very gratefull for Any info or help
