Auto Wing Mirror Fold

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if it's possible to programme the wing mirrors to automatically fold in when you take the key out of my '07 Rh400h? I live in a tight London street and so I have to remember to do it manually every night and it would be great if I could get them to fold in automatically.

Don't think it is - but.... if you know a good auto-electrician I am faily certain it would be possible to have them activate via the key, say when the key turns to Acc position. I wouldn't recommend full on as the choice becuase it means if you turn off from run they will fold, when maybe you only want to turn off for a moment & then move off - so Acc would be my choice.

You could also include the power button - by having it wired so that mirrors could still be folded when you get into a tight squeeze whilst driving using this method.

Hope this is of some value!
