my key fob has stopped locking unlocking the car :crybaby:

happened since my neighbour has got a new car................

both fobs are the same

geoffers mentioned that lexus can reprogramme them for you.

is this a walk in job or will they need it booking in ?

have you tried resync with the car dave? there's instructions kicking around somewhere. If you can't find any quite a few cars will resync if you turn it to pos 2 and lock and open the doors

nothing to turn to pos 2.............

You were there first right? Get the neighbour to park somewhere else :)

I think a phone call to your Lexus dealer in the morning is in order, can't believe it will take too long.

As a matter of interest what is the neighbour's car and how close is it?

its a citroen c4 oil burner.................its parked 15 metres away

however car doesnt lock when its parked anywhere :crybaby:

It's cos it's one of those transformers, it's doing weird stuff to your car at night........ :whistling:

So even if you push it down the street or something it still doesn't work?

It's a long shot, but your neighbour (or you ?) hasn't got a doorbell have they (and the new car is a coincidence) ? I posted on this yesterday after reading something on another forum about wireless doorbells causing a couple of people problems with remote locking.

same door bell they always had..................we don't have one.............

went to lexus Sidcup................Toyota dealer next door fitted 2 new batteries..............both working..............mosy unusual for 2 fobs to have flat bats at the same time ...................nice to be able to look her up again !
