Guy's i've been thur the search half the day & now its really pi$$in me off!!!

afew days ago (unless I was dreeming) someone asked how to remove there car system/radio from the IS200 without geting hurt & geting scratches to the dash or anywhere else.

There was a step by step guide line with pictures on how to remove it completly starting from the heated seats section by pulling it out.. pls can someone put me out of my headache as i've got a Kenwood flip screen which ive got siting right here waiting to be fitted in :)
