alrite, while driving home tonight my low engine oil level warning light, brake system warning light and rear light failure warning light came on all the time. have checked the fluids and rear bulbs and everything seems fine. was wonderin does anyone know why this has just suddenly occurred. cheers.

You might know this already, but as well as the fuse box under the bonnet, there's one down by your feet on both the driver's and passenger's side of the car. Worth checking them, as Stav suggests. Sounds weird that all those lights would come on at once.

Happened to me once in a Ford Granada, it was a slipping alternator belt.

The alternator was not charging the Battery.

There was insufficient voltage in the system and it all went mad!

Check your Battery and alternator

hi mate welcome to loc, go to your local lexus dealer and ask them to run a diagnostic check they should do it for free, and they will be able to tell you whats wrong with it, then you can either pay there and then, or source parts from elsewhere probably for cheaper! the problem is likely to be a sensor as the cars probably been sitting still for a while, so you just need to find out which sensor it is. hope this helps mate
