Auto-serve Oldham

Recommended Posts

Well...........erm.....I am going to say its good because I have had loads of work done by them and have got to know them really well over the years that I have been using them, but I did start out as a normal customer when I started and was impressed with the care and attention they gave to my car which is why I continue to use them most of the time unless I am after something specialised that needs the knowledge of Charlesworth Motors in Glossop :D

They service/lookafter/MOT both my cars (Aristo and BMW), my mums RX300, sisters Mini and my dads car and most of the other cars belonging to my friends and family.

They have fitted all the mods to my BMW (inc power mods, suspension, brakes, bodywork, ECU) and painted a few bits for the Aristo - all very good jobs and well priced I find.

The garage is also really clean which was a shock for me when I first visited! :P

They did some work for another LOC member I met one day at Auto-Serve (username Awais with a blue LPG GS300) but he has now moved on to a Mercedes, but he was also pleased with the work and continues to use them. Also another regular customer is someone that also used to be on LOC (had an IS200 can't remember his username), he has also moved on to a Seat Leon Cupra but they all still use Auto-Serve. :)

I would go for it (obviously depending on price) - you will be in safe hands. and they have worked on quite a few IS200s (mine included)

Good Luck

Anees :D

EDIT: Just realised my Avator pic is actually taken at Auto-Serve too ;)

cheers mate. so what are they like when it comes to bodywork repair and spraying? obviously the main thing I need doing at the moment is the accident repair but with what you have to say about them and if I use them I may just get the service stuff done from them as well.

I have seen many a IS200 being repaired and serviced there, but all the cars I have seen coming out have been great - with no little bits of crap in the paint, not overly excessive use of filler (they try and do paintless dent removal first if possible and only use filler if it has to be done) no overspray, very shiny and good colour match. I was there last week and they had an Audi A3 they had just repaired - I honestly couldn't tell where it had been repaired from - think its on the for sale section of the website so you can take a look.

I better stop now otherwise I will sound like I am their agent. :)

Anees, is nads away again or something as I sent him an email yesterday regarding my car but havent got a reply yet?

Think Nads was away yesterday (they were just having the finishing touches to their new spray booth done), so he will probably pick your mail up today. You can ring him direct too on: 07813 029299
