The Lurgy..........

It starts with a sore throat..............Wife started feeling a bit rough last week, probably picked it up at the local nursery where she works. Then she passed it on to my 2 year son. He started with a cough, cold and temp, plus the 'runs' big style, which is interesting as we've just toilet trained him!

He then passed it on to me but i think the virus has mutated itself into something far more sinister like 'man flu'. Came home from work today to find my son throwing up everywhere........all 3 of us feel rotten. Even the cat is looking off colour and feeling sorry for himself! :yack:

Can't really take the time off work as i'm in the middle of a 5S training coarse, so 12 hours of classroom tomorrow.....Then 2 night shifts at the weekend.......yipee!!

As i'm writing this from my sick-bed, just wondered if there was many others like us?

I have had something really strange that has been around for about a month now, getting fed up with it to be honest!

It started off like a cold, really runny nose. That went but I've still got a sore throat, feel run down, and have this weird thing where my face is red and blotchy, and I've had to really avoid caffeine and alcohol (my two favourite things!) because my body can't seem to cope with them.

Looking forward to feeling normal again, it's been ages!
