Getting Old............

Not happy................am 49............

Left eye has been a bit blurred...........went to optician...........got a cataract in early stages so no one will operate and still have 20/20 vision with spec......told to monitor mistiness and then go for op when gets worse.........

To go with this my right knee is fooked with atheritis due to an old footbal injury

Left shoulder is boogered don't know why

right wrist is 20% larger than left (no.............not what you may think ) and cant take any weight due to being tripped up going down the stair by Jessica the JRT 2 years ago..........

Thinking I may fail my next MOT

There is a history of glaucoma in my family so I have to keep an eye "sorry for the pun" on my eyesight with an anuall checkup.

What really sucks is I'm 32 next January and I'm sat infront of this computer, trying to get over a cold, suffering with asthma. I've only got to walk outside and it feels like I have just run a marathon. And no, I'm not a hypercondriact. Just ill.

Know how you feel Dave, I'm only 37 and at the moment i'm hooked upto a TENS machine with a slipped disc and trapped nerves in my back which is sooooo annoying and flipping painfull

I feel like a wreck at the moment, is it that time of year or something??!?

Had a strange virus that gave me swollen lymph nodes and general flu-like symptoms, going hot and cold, got over that and now actually have a proper cold. Not been well for 2 weeks now!

I have a knackered knee, and that is from a desk job, I turned around too quick on a swivel char and smashed my kneecap into the drawers on my desk Twelve months later and it still aches all the time.

I have a strange knawing pain in my ribs on one side, where about 5 years ago I cracked a rib trying to get into my flat when I was drunk and locked out.

And I'm only 33. At least I'm driving a nice comfortable car now instead of my MG with track-optimised suspension!
