Help!

Hey guys,

my cigarette lighter does not seem to be working I have tried other chargers to make sure its not just my sat nav but nothing works, I have checked fuse it looked fine but I swapped it anyway and it still doesnt work?

anybody got any ideas as I'm driving to london tommorrow and could really use my sat nav!!

possibly disconnected underneath....you will have to remove the gearstick surround, and ashtray part

but....its not the end of the world, if you go into a shop, you can find something called a map.....

its what people used before Satnav, there not hard to use, just follow the pretty coloured lines

and if it is connected underneath then the fuseable link as gone on the base of the cig lighter.

Is there any centre console dismantling guides I can use for reference?

just give the rear of the silver ring around the gear stick a pull upwords and it will pop up then pop the front up and check the connections

ive got an issue with mt ciggy lighter aswel

its got power init, just as soon as i plug somthing init. its cuts out. like goes into safe mode or somthing and regains power when it feels like it.

the connections are fine

the fuses are fine.

i just dont understand it.

just checked the connections on my mine and they look fine, how do I replace the fuse wire under lighter is it on the 2 prong connections or the 1 prong connection? do I just swap it for another bit of wire?
