is it legal to have bike style plates on your car and who makes them up for you. bike shop or do normal motor factors make them

I'll think you find motorbike plates on a car are illegal as the letters are smaller for one

yea but do some alfa romeos not have a square plate on them? and i mean still with full size letters.

If it's just square plates with normal-sized lettering then that's legal, isn't it ? Like for an imported Japanese car ?

thats what i mean normal size letters on two lines. i dont mean a wee tiny plate wit tiny letters.

most illegal ones i have seen are just vynil stuck on like classic car. sure the police love them

It looks to me like the lettering is the size that's mandated, actually number plates can vary in size as long as the lettering is the right size.

I used DemonPlates for mine, they can make whatever size you want, all sorts of different options. Nice online plate builder, and fast service too.

Thats right, thats why my front plates small, as long as the letters are the right size and theres a 13mm border all around the letters there doesnt have to be any more plate,

When I ordered, I received the plates the next day ! They try and get them to you within 2-3 days, so you shouldn't assume you definitely will get them next day.

Nah I've just got normal plates, though I did get a custom-sized bigger one for the rear, I don't personally like the way the normal sized plated look at the back, they look undersized to me.
