Wing Mirror Dipping When Reversing

Hello this is my first ever post!

On my 57 reg RX400h, the dipping function (when reversing) on my wing mirrors has stopped working. Is this this something I've inadvertantly changed? Does anyone know how to reset them? Or will the dealer have to do it for me?

If it's the same as the 250 SE-L the selection switch for adjusting the mirrors has to be set left or right. If you leave it centred the dipping function doesn't work.
