Help Needed On Uv Glue

As some of you know i had a roof spoiler attached to my car and after a trip away i came home last night and some scrot has ripped off the spoiler and taken off with it. Now im left with blobs of glue on either side of back window and now i dont know how to remove it. Any ideas? its the black 2 pack stuff.

If its on the glass mate can you scrape it off with a stanley blade? if not try and soften it with a hair dryer but watch your paint work mate? or another thought is use liquid lighter fluid as that should soften it? :)
