Gold Membership

Advise please. I joined Lexus Gold Membership a couple of days ago and I haven’t as yet received the authorisation to enter the Members areas.

I know it says this can take up to 24hrs so I emailed them as the page says if I haven’t heard anything and the email just bounces back to me.

Does anyone know anyone I can contact other than helpdesk@lexusownersclub.com. Which doesn’t work.

It can take a little longer at times. You can contact Steve here by pm as he is the one who deals with the Gold Memberships :)

Many thanks for that. I'll leave it a little longer. It was mainly the fact that the email address

( helpdesk@lexusownersclub.com ) doesn't work that I thought was strange.

This is what I received back when I emailed it:
