Plastic Mesh Bit Between Fogs

How easy/hard is it to replace the plastic mesh bit between the fogs, want to swap it for something better looking like dark silver, does it just clip out or is it screwed/bolted to the bumper

Its actually part of the bumper!!!!! to remove it you need to actually cut it out! I have another bumper that i have had the plastic mesh removed and the number plate recess blended in...........currently changing a few other parts on it!

it can be done, as long as your good at D.I.Y...... you might wont to get a practice bumper
