Taking Car Detailing To The Max

Recommended Posts

Hello People , I dont know if anyone has done this before . When I looked at my car from the drivers side and from the rear my eyea were always drawn to the lock holes , it looked so much better looking at the near side , no lock hole on the handle so I went into sort it out mode and came up with this , what do you think ?? I think it looks tons better .

Why not just get a second hand passenger handle and put it on the drivers side? or a euro passenger side (i.e the same as uk drivers)?

Then run a wire from the Battery live to somewhere reachable under ther bumper so you can clip onto it to charge if the Battery goes flat,

Stav

Ps Does look good though.

Basically all I did was find some little caps that fitted in the holes snug , painted them , waited for them to dry , put a small peice of blu tac on it and popped it in . Voila , I think it finishes it off nicely .

The caps I used were some number plate screw caps I had laying around , they are truck ones and are slightly bigger than the norm . What do you think ??????

B) Sorry about the door shot , car looks chrome , testament to my detailing I think :whistling:

The caps are a lot easier tho Stav , and I'd still have the boot lock .
