Timing Belt Service At 70,000

iv finally had my service done on my 2002 52 plate is200 se...... im impressed with the results, the drive is alot smoooooooooooother than before. iv put denso ik22 plugs in as the supplier i got the plugs from sent the wrong ones out and i could be arsed sending them back to U.S :tsktsk: well when changing the belt the guy told me the tensioners are fine and are not nessesary to change they cost me £300 in total off a specialist but well worth it.....

I agree. It's common good practice, plus also to check the water pump at the same time cos it all has to come off if that needs doing later.
