hi, i put 19 inch wheels on my 250 just over a week ago. they dont rub or cause any problems, although there is a major difference in ride comfort. you realy feel every bump and have to be very careful of pot holes as you will have alot less rubber between the rim and the road. its not intolerable, just less comfortable but in my oppinion well worth the sacrifice for the look of the 19's. good luck!

Have had mine on for two years or so...no problems at all. Some people in the USA have had problems with rubbing using 235/35/19 on the front on full lock, while others haven't. It may depend on the width of rim...what width are you proposing to use? I have 8.5J on the front and 9.5J on the rear. To play safe I put 225/35/19 on the front but with the 8.5J they look undertyred so I'm swopping for 235/35/19. If they rub slightly I'll take a heat gun to the plastic arch liner.

Many IS250/350 owners in the States have put on 20" rims...bit too big IMHO.

I dont like it too much, already on 17" the brake rotor looks small, on 19" it is like baby disc.

Before going to 19" I would upgrade brake rotors to those from IS350 (same as GS)
