every time I try and load one I keep gettin Error

what does the error say ?

normally it will be a size issue wether dimensions or kb`s

it says file is to big just noticed they are all 220kb or bigger

how do you get that size down?

Its easier to link to a picture on one of the photo hosting sites ie photobucket, and it will resize it for you.

Right click on the pic, copy the properties(address) and then paste the address in the avatar bit on your controls :winky:

Click my controls at the top, edit avitar, insert link to image ............I changed mine over the weekend, somehow gone back to the one it was before :duh:

Ok I've done all that people have said to do and still nothing (look to left and laugh at the stupid one with only a X)

is it possible if i load up a pic some one from managment could put it in my avatar for me

Or maybe just change my user name to X

go to the address you have put into the avatar settings

take out a http// , as you have 2 in the address

even more wierd, just looked in my controls, shows current avatar as the picture i changed it to, but in my posts shows the old one
