Why Is The Is 200 A Better Car Than The Old 3-series (e46)?

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the lexus owners' club!

I don't mean to be critical but maybe you haven't noticed that you're talking to people possibly long deceased! The thread was last active in 2008, and most of the people involved in it are long gone.

If you try chatting to the living then you'll find that people here can be very helpful and friendly!

: o )

Just to let you know Kevin I joined in 2006 and I’m still here, alive and hopeful remaining so for some time yet. 😀

Mike hello and welcome to the LOC.

I drove my partner's 2000s era 3-series occasionally, also my father's 2022 3-series, and didn't enjoy either of them. The throttle response was odd, and people didn't let me out in traffic. Made me realise how the Lexus brand is fairly anonymous, and how much I like the 2JZ engine, it's sublime.
