Yes everyone, today i handed in my resignation.

I've not been happy within my job for a good few months now, this is mainly because of long working hours and very little financial reward.

Certain other things have tipped the scales too like being told that a person with my experience on Lexus and Toyota was to not touch the franchises at all and let a inexperienced person take over while i did another franchise, plus i was told that stopping suppying LOC was being considered even though it brings in revenue to the company.

So as it stands at the moment il be leaving the Lexus/Toyota franchise after 20 years experience at the start of May

They'll take quite a hit if they stop supplying LOC. Given the choice of paying x amount at Hanley or the same amount at a local Toyota/Lexus dealer, people are going to go local.

its upto them now really, il continue to supply until the day i finish. if they wish to continue then they will have to contact Steve to organise becoming a LOC trader

I've been offered a job with another company, its nothing great but at least i wont be doing at least 10hours a day with nothing really to show for it in a wage packet every month
