******* Rubberneckers

***** rubberneckers  - what is it with these people that have to slow down and look at nasty road accidents!?

Coming back up from Gloucester yesterday we got stuck on the M6 at Manchester because of these people - several miles at less than 10mph and as soon as we're past the accident, the road clears and back to normal speeds!?

Also saw a nice gold colured SC430 heading south on the M74 yesterday - pity it was ruined by the Celtic scarf on the dash! :P :whistling:

Yeah it was a nightmare.

Years and years ago I had a Seat Ibiza GLX (box on wheels, don't laugh), and managed to attach it to an Astra in front of me (oops).

Had the last laugh when 3 runner neckers on the opposite side of the road ran into the back of each other as they were too busy looking at what I was doing.

Luckily no-one was going fast enough to get hurt, but it's easy to see how these accidents escalate. Grrr. :arrrggg-matey:
