Tte Front Bumper For My Is300

Hello fellow IS owners and fans,

I live in the states and I have a question you guys might be able to answer for me. I want to install the TTE front bumper on my IS300 but I heard you have to remove the crash bar and install the JDM Altezza one becuase the US spec crash bar is too large. If this is true, do you guys know where I can get one? Appearently it is very difficult to obtain one here in the states.

It sounds about right to me, maybe buy one off English eBay? (.co.uk) and get it shipped over?

Thanks Stav. That is a good suggestion and I can use that as a last resort but I was looking for a company that sells them internationally. I don't mind paying extra money for it if the company is legitiment and the crash bar is brand new.

Out of curiousity, is the IS200 spec crash bar different from the IS300 spec crash bar? And if so, would the IS200 spec crash bar fit with the TTE front bumper?

The EuDM / JDM crash bar is one inch thinner than the USDM one and does fit with the TTE bumper which has been designed for the European market. You should ask Chris S. on this forum, he works for a Toyota/Lexus dealer and could help you source the parts.
