Cost approx £220 delivered to the UK including £35 customs Duty when I bought mine last year.

The E-bay armrest doesn't appear to have everything you need, but almost.

The suppliers used to sell them in their eBay shop too .

the one in the eBay shop is about £180 inc shipping, I don't mind sticking a used arm rest in a used car tho, so i'll see how the other one goes
