Knocking A Banging From Front Suspension

im getting like a knocking noise from my front suspension, its been doing it since i lowered the car, any idea's?

i take it you have coilovers fitted??

its a common thing that some coilovers seem to do. what make have you got??

How much did you lower the car??

sounds like the spring is moving about in the shock, mine used to do the same... i just got under the car and wacked the spring back so it sat in the shock properly and its been fine so far.

hmmm, i checked both springs and there sitting fine, and i cant remember what make they are lol, and i lowerd it 40mm

mine did it at low speeds especially when turning, turned out to be worn caliper pins on the front drivers side. had them changed when i changed the pads alot of months ago and its never done it since.
