my clutch is going on my is200, i bought another 1 that i should be picking up today, but its short notice for the garages in my area to book me in to change it,

so was thinking i'd do it myself, is it extremely difficult? i have chnaged engines clutches and gearbox's on alot of front wheel drive cars, but never played around with a clutch on a rer wheel drive car.

Any Advice?

cheers

involves removing the prop shaft and gearbox obviously - do u have access to a lift?

nope, i got a access to a jack though.... do i have to drain the transmission oil?

depends on the type of gear box..

But i would advise you to take the oil out.. before you remove the drive shafts.

and a trolly jack just wont cut it..

You need atleast a lift of some sort / stand and a trolly jack to help you remove the gearbox..
