I've used peanut butter for years. Removes white deposits left on trims from polish too :winky:

Other tip: margarine works perfect if you want to remove tar spots/stains from your paint.

and: if you put some of the high gloss liquid for your dishwasher in the last two buckets of water you clean your car with, no chalk stains wil appear (in fact wash boxes use the same stuff to give your car a bright gloss)

i was told by a dealer if you want to get your tyres to shine use neet fairy liquid, Paint it on with a brush and let it dry to a nice shine?? it does work but i'm a bit suspect to what happens if it rains and is it safe? being as its soap on your tyres... :o :)

on a serious note, i've been using a silicon spray to darken my tyres and it normally lasts for about 1-2 months.

I use Meguiars Endurance High gloss Tyre Gel stuff makes a mess of your hands even when using an aplicator but looks the nuts and lasts quite a long time!

....and im sure the fairy liquid would bubble up and give you a nice white wall effect if nothing else! lol.......
