just annoys me that Ferrari can never do wrong, but the slightest thing that hampers ferrari, is pounced upon by the FIA

Ferrari, mosley and the FIA are the worst thing for F1, as for Ecclestone.......grrrr

I've never been a Ferrari fan, been a McLaren fan for years until this year (as a Kimi fan, had to switch but still can't find myself actually supporting Ferrari), but even I thought this was a strange situation.

I think this is a pretty serious offence, and I'm guessing there must be more to this story than they're telling us, which is the reason for the heavy punishment.

At the end of the day, how often do big corporations have another's secrets, but no one knows about it?? I'm sorry, but I don't believe McLaren's story that only that one employee knew about it for a second..........

I'll say again, I have always been the first to jump at any sign of Ferrari being favoured, but in this case, I think it's spot on - I can't see how McLaren could possibly be innocent.

Clearly a devastating situation for Ron.

The issue though seems to be pretty conclusive admittedly.

All sport is corrupt to be honest and I'm 100% certain that Ferrari aren't the only team to have had results swayed in their direction.

I guess like everything else, doing it is not the problem, getting caught doing it is the problem. If you get caught, you take the punishment for it. I see no reason why McLaren shouldn't have been punished for it. If an autotechnician at a garage buggers up your car, you don't go after the mechanic for the costs, you go after the garage. Same rules apply here IMO.

Ferrari get on my nerves in F1, there seems to be so much biased towards them, there so far up there own arse its unreal. I do however have a soft spot for there production car side of the business.

Ok, just read the full story and I'm surprised anyone thinks McLaren's still innocent!

If Alonso and De La Rosa knew about this, how is it possible that McLaren management didn't????

Absolutely no way, I'm now totally behind Ferrari, they may play their games, but this has pushed the boundaries way too far :tsktsk:
