OK,

Decided to buy a shredder thingy for the garden

Went to Argos bought one

Got home took it out of the box ---- broken lid thingy

Took it back --- no more in stock so got a refund.

Went to B&Q bought one

Got it home opened box --------- no cradle or wheels

Took it back --- no more in stock so got a refund

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this took all afternoon going here there and every where.

Think someone is telling me not to shred my garden rubbish

I did that before. Started looking round for stuff to burn, spotted what looked like a piece of wood in the grounds of the flats behind my house. Grabbed it, turned out to be wood-effect uPVC. Chucked it on anyway, resulting in a thick plume of smoke that went up about 8 feet then mushroomed out. Flats 40 feet away, couldn't see them through the smoke. Whoops! :P

i shredded loads of stuff in my garden. few small trees and and other things. filled a whole garden wheelie bin up to the brim and could barely move the thing!! its also fun to shred things. but yeah burnings cool.

Got an almost-full can of expanding foam with a blocked nozzle, can't bring myself to throw it in the bin...

ALWAYS look in the box/packet when buying things?

You do it for eggs......so why not everything else??!!

We put lot's of things in a bin too burn (including part of my mates mums fence - she wasnt best pleased) but we didnt think that the plastic bin might not be suitable and that melted to the floor... Woops!
