Car Care Articles Not Working?

I saw this link in a thread and thought I would check it out for the articles. If I click one of the articles listed down the right hand side, I just get a page loaded with a blank area down the middle, with no article. Is this meant to work?

I get exactly the same, but it has worked for me in the past so it must be a recent problem.
