Wifey just told me that a patient at the hospital where she works, was telling her about his recent holiday.

He and his wife arrived at the Airport to fly out, as the two suitcases disappeared down the conveyor belt he says to the check in girl "Perhaps I should tell you I have a pacemaker"

Without batting an eyelid, she replied " Which suitcase is it in"

Needless to say he was speechless, but his wife couldn't stop laughing
