Hey buddy.

You go to www.imageshack.us, upload your file there and when you get the page with all the links on you copy one of the links, load up the LOC site and when you're creating a post one of the little buttons above the test says insert image, you simply paste the link in there and when you post the thread, abracadabra the image appears.
